ASTA in European project Education

Association of Theater and other Arts of Covilhã, is representing Portugal in a European project that aims to face some challenges in the teaching of Mathematics from the theater. Funded by the Erasmus + program, it is entitled 'TIM - Theater in Mathematics' and intends to face some challenges in the learning of mathematics, with a new teaching methodology, starting from the theater as an instrument of work, research and mediation. The company is already in Turin, Italy, to begin this project involving four more European partners. The "TIM-Theater in Mathematics" is aimed at students between the ages of 8 and 14 and will run until 2021.
