Bids are hereby invited from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers for the implementation of Projects as indicated on the table below within Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality (KZN 436). The adjudication of all bids will be done in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011 Pertaining to Preferential Procurement Policy Frameworks Act. 2000 (Act 5 of 2034)) and will be based on the 80/20 points system. Points will be awarded as follows: 80 - Price and 20 - BBBEE status.
