Authorized dealers of RDSOapproved sources must attach valid tender specific authorization along with their e-bid failing which such offer will be summarily rejected. The status of the RDSO approvedsources will be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter unless a case of Downgrading/Removal/Banning. 2] Stores are to be delivered by road directly to[i] 0NE NO at TSS-LKPR for SE/TRD/CON/BDC [ii] ONE NO at TSS-VSU for SE/TRD/CON/BDC [iii] TWO NOS at TSS/Kalipahari for SE/CON/TRD/BDC [iv] ONE NO atCHITPUR/SDAH for SSE/TRD/CON/SDAH.[v] TWO NOS at SSE/CON/TRD/ASN. 3] Tenderers must indicate the capitalization value of Transformer losses as per SL.18 of Aand C Slip no.4 of Jan, 2000 along with their e-bid failing which offer will be summarily rejected. 4] Any technical clarification regarding drg/specn.can be obtained fromthe office of RDSO. Drg /Specn can also be obtained from the above office after payment of requisite cost. 5] Price Variation Clause[PVC] is applicable. PVC formula ofIEEMA for Power Transformers and reactors complete with all accessories and components of rating above 10MVA or voltage above 33KV up to 400KV, is applicable as perANNExURE-A of NIT. Offer without PVC or with deviation in PVC from Annexed PV formula of the NIT will be summarily rejected.6] Option Clause is applicable.7] Inspectionby : RITES. Visual inspection by RITES or RITES inspection on manufacturer TC/GC not acceptable and offer with such inspection term will be summarily rejected. 8] This isnot a safety item. 9] Clause 18 of general conditions regarding splitting is applicable. 10] Guarantee/Warranty[GC/WC] -As per Annexure-B
