Item Description: Rate for CAMC, Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of entire VRV system (6 HP outdoor unit and 4 Nos of 1 or 1.3 or 1.6 or 2 TR HI- WALL indoor units) after one year of free warranty. The CAMC charges quoted should include the cost of all labour, consumables, repair / replacement of indoor units / outdoor units, compressors, PCB cards, coils, capacitors, Y joints, Gas charging, copper and drain piping and any other items, any other faults as identified and other spare parts required for maintaining the VRV VRF Air conditioning as stated in the tender document in perfect working condition.
