1 Need based activities at TSRP: a) Clearing used Resin coated sand at collecting bin: Clear the Sand so that sand should freely travel to belt conveyors. b) Cleaning, collecting and disposing of Sand from pit: 1. Clean and Collect sand from pits at collecting bin, WPT-1 & WPT-3 2. Properly dispose off the collected sand. c) Cleaning, Collecting and disposing of sand around TSRP area: Clean and collect sand from all around the TSRP. Dispose of the collected sand in an environmentally friendly manner. d) Cleaning of Meshes: Clean the meshes in lump reducer, sand storage silo and vibrating screen separator. 1. Ensure that the equipment is free from any blockages. e) Cleaning top area of sand storage silo and vibro feeder area: Clear any debris or material from the top area of the sand storage silo. Clean the Vibro feeder area thoroughly. f) Cleaning, Collecting and disposing of Dust Extraction area: Clean the dust extraction area, removing any accumulated dust. Collect and dispose of the dust in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines. h) Cleaning around cooling tower: Clear the area around the cooling tower. Remove any debris or material that might affect the cooling towers performance. Rates are inclusive of GST
