For lots having quantity size as 1 LOT or 1 Number wherein the payment terms allow payments to be made in multiple installments, the installment payments are merely provided for the benefit of the buyer. The SRO shall be issued only after full payment against the Lot by the Buyer and the last Delivery Order issued by MSTC.
