No cleaning and Hammering allowed. As is where is basis.
Note: Bidders to note that if any other materials like SS, Brass, Aluminum etc found in lot, same shall be removed from Lot materials and handed over to IOCL. Also to note that lot materials to be lifted on ground clear basis.
