Terms & conditions:
1. Paper scrap (Disposable Policy bonds) to be weighed in the presence of LIC officials.
2. Shredding/Tearing of Papers should be done in LIC premises as per LIC specifications.
3. Disposal of shredded / torned paper scrap.
4. Quantity is indicative only and not guaranteed.
5. Any dispute arising of quantity will not be considered/ entertained post awarding the tender.
6. Vendor should deposit advance amount as per terms & conditions of MSTC in LICs account before starting the work.
7. Vendor will not be allowed to take away shredded scrap papers till final payment is credited in LICs account.
8. Vendor should pulp the scrap after pick up of the shredded policy bonds.
9. Certificate to be given by vendor after pulping of Scrap picked up by him.
