Taking part in the bidding process and not fulfilling the provisions of Hazardous Waste Rules/ Plastic Waste Management Rules shall lead to deactivation of login/forfeiture of EMD/SD and other consequences as deemed fit.

Note:- The contract period is up to:- 31-05-2024, Incase Buyer fails to lift the quantity offered within contract period, The security deposit in such a case will be forfeited.
