Auction Specific PQC criterion:
1. Buyer should possess the valid Consent to Operate (CTO) permission under Air & Water Act from concerned State Pollution Control Board where the E -waste dismantling or recycling facility is located for dismantling or recycling of E-waste.
2. Buyer should possess the valid Authorization under E-Waste management rule-2016 from concerned State Pollution Control Board where the E -waste dismantling or recycling facility is located for dismantling or recycling of E-waste.
Also note that the buyer shall be liable to provide all the requisite documents & compliances as applicable under E-waste Management rule-2016 & CPCB guidelines as & when required for onward submission to Pollution Control Board, Assam.
