Bituminised Gunny Streeps of width 18 cms to IS:702/1988 reaffirmed in 2009, Revsion 2, Amendment N0. 1 as per following specifications. 1) Base Material: Hessian cloth of 406 gms per sq.mtr. as per specification IS:2818 Part-I/1990 Rev. 2 Reaffirmed in 2010. 2) Bitumen: Bitumen should be applied completely spread over as specified. The Bitumen contend shall be 110 +/- 20 gm/Sq. mtr. The Bitumen shall confirm to the requirements given in the table - 1 corresponding to grade 90/15 of IS: 702/1988 (Reaffirmed in 2009) Revision 2, amendment No. 1. as per Drg.No. Note: The bitumen should be applied at suitable te as per Specn. NOTE: a) The polythene film to be used as surface liner or gunny strips should have smooth surface and should be free in holder, air bubble, fish eyes and excess wrinkles. b) Testing of bitumen conten [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
