Book Blank Rules Index Two Quire Register containing 100 leaves each size 21.5 x 30.5 cms. Finished size 21.10 cm x 29.80 cm. (Plus minus 2 mm tolerance) Paper to be used mamplitho pa per 70 GSM to IS 1848/2007 or latest for text pages and Binding material i.e. straw board 8-D Grade A conforming to IS 2617/67 or latest, paper pink 70 GSM conforming to IS specification No.1848/2007 or latest for cover and Binding Cloth IS specification No.10582/1983 or latest. Printing- The Register to be printed in Hindi & English bilingual and ruling is to be done with gap of 2 em Pica in blue color on both sides as per specimen. Binding: Quarter Bound with sectional sewing and alphabetical Index to be cut and alternate pasting of blue and red color sticker alphabets as per specimen. The art work for printin g and sample complete in all respect should be got approved from consignee before bulk supply. Packi ng- 30 Register to be packed in 5 ply corrugated carton box. These carton shall be double wall constru ction. The weight of carton shall not exceed 15 Kgs. approx. The carton shall be than closed with gum paper tape 50mm(min.) wide and finally secured by nylon strapping of size 13mm wide 02 nos each si de. The edge of nylon strap shall be heat sealed overlapping each other by minimum 25 mm.
