Operation and maintenance of transformer 2x500 KVA HT/LT, OCB, ACB, control panels, operation & maintenance of switch gears and distribution system located at different placed in the IRITM campus. Running & maintenance of electricity supply up to last point of distribution system of various places in the campus. Upkeep running maintenance of electrical fittings & fixtures lights including rewinding of required maintenance of ceiling fans, exhaust fans, pedestal fans complete work including rewinding replacement of fan capacitor, bush/ball bearing (except blade), maintenance of low tension electrical switch board supply and distribution line cable switches etc. The maintenance of the equipment / power supply distribution system as mentioned above shall be carried out by earliest and within the reasonable time as per technical scope of work.
