Instructions/Remarks: 1.This is a case of procurement of M and P item and the tenderers are required to quote for the cost of machine, concomitant accessories, installation and other charges etc.at the nominated place in the offer form. Even if the cost of other items like concomitant accessories, instalment and commissioning etc. are included in the cost of the basicmachine, the tenderers must quote zero towards the cost. In case these columns are left blank then the offer of the firm may not be evaluated by the system and such offerswill be summarily rejected for which the tenderers will be solely responsible.2.Tenderers are advised to read the Special Conditions and Checklist for bidders clearly and theconditions mentioned here will prevail in case of any conflict with the conditions in tender document or other documents attached with the tender.3.Detailed tender documentcan be seen on the home page of website ireps.gov.in under the link E-tender-DLW-COS/DLW/Documents. 4.Tender document cost and EMD can be paid electronicallythrough Net Banking facility with M/s SBI.
