Design, supply, and installation of retractable tip up jump seat for inspection official in WAP7 Locomotive Cab mounted on driver desk center cabin space with easy deployment and retraction, with a se cure locking mechanism to ensure stability as per the following specification and sketch attached: 1) Seat : Height 500 mm x Width 400 mm x Depth 400 mm x Thickness 90-100 mm, 2) Back rest: Height 600 mm x Width 400 mm x Thickness 80 mm, 3) Support structure: made up of seat component and pipe 30 mm squ are and flats, 4) Locking mechanism: Manual lever type, 5) Upholstery: Dobby fabric black/dark brown, 6) R etractable base mechanism: Manual push pull lift, 7) Material specification: IS 2062, 8) Paint finish: powder coated black, 9) Safety standards: As per norms. Note:- The seat shall be ergonomically designed for comfo rt and safety, with a durable frame capable of withstanding the operational conditions within the locomotiv e. The seat shall be space-efficient, folding neatly when not in use, to maintain cab functionality. Retractabl e base shall be suitably fixed on the driver cabin center on the surface level without any raise in platform h eight. It shall meet all safety standards and be compatible with the existing structure of the WAP7 locomoti ve cab driver desk.
