DGPS survey of CA land indentified by District Collector from available non forest land duly approved by DFO for suitability in connection with forest diversion proposal of Jeypore-Malkangiri new Railway line project. The rate includes: 1)Follow up at District Collectorate for Identification of suitable CA land from land bank in district. 2) Field visit and joint field verification with Revenue officials and preparation of Tracemap based on Cadestral Village sheet duly approved from concerned Tahasildar and District forest officer. 3. After identified Non-Forest CA land approved by DFO, same is communicated to District Collector to allot the said Land in favour of User Agency, to be followed up by agency. 4. Triangulation is to be taken in the field after getting coordinates from ORSAC. 5. Necessary DGPS survey of nominated CA land and DGPS data along with map, KML file, Shape file etc. to be submitted to ORSAC through DFO concerned for authentication. 6. Follow up at District administration for preparation of ROR in favour of Forest deptt. 7. Pillar posting along boundary of identified CA land duly approved by forest deptt. 8. All statutory payments to ORSAC in connection with DGPS survey and authentication. 9. Rate is inclusive of all statutory taxes and GST. Note:- Unit to be read as 'PER HECTARE' instead of 'Per Unit'
