Size: 25.5 cms x 12 cms closed and window size: 12cms x 5 cms. 28.5 cms x 12 cms with opened flap-Flap size: 2.9 cms x 12 cms Flap rounded corner at both t he loose end as per sample. Composing: DTP type setting with 12/13 pt Sanserif English Type and 14/16 pt Hind i Font as per sample. The matter i.e. ON INDIA GOVERNMENT SERVICE EAST COAST RAILWAY etc. both Hindi and English should be printed 14/16 pt in center position on the top of window leaving space of 1 cm from th e top edge of the Envelop. The matter i.e. from both Hindi English i.e. in 11/16 pt should be printed at the bottom j ust below the window and 2.7 Cms horizontally right side of the envelop. Printing: Offset Printing on front side of t he envelop in Black ink ECoR Logo size-1.8 cm width x 2 cm Height also to be printed at 1 cm vertically down an d 2.7 cm horizontally right in respect of the Top Left side Corner of the envelop. Window: Size: 12 cms x 5 cms. Position: 3.5 cm vertically down and 2.7 cm horizontally right in respect of the Top Left Side Corner of the envelo p. Rounded corner with 8-10 micron transparent cellophane paper pasted from backside of the window as per sa mple. Tolerance: 2mm in size as mention above may be accepted envelop size.
