60 Kg L/xing Wider, Guard Rail Wider, SEJ and Shallow Depth. Preparation, Casting, De-moulding and Feeding of Aggregates. Cleaning of moulds and benches, oiling of moulds, fitting of end plates, putting HTS wire strands, fixing SGCI Inserts & Dowels, fixing Wedges and Barrels, fixing bracing rod and dowel cap etc. Casting of sleepers in the already prepared benches using high frequency shuttering vibrator at appropriate locations. Casting cubes for steam curing and water curing. Pulling casted benches with the help of pulling hoist and putting the same in the steam chamber etc. Work includes cleaning of mixer & distributor. De-moulding of PSC sleepers from sleeper mould including cutting of HTS wire at sleeper ends, grinding of inserts if required to suit the dimensional requirements, numbering/ marking on sleepers and cleaning of inserts and dowel holes, feeding of demoulded benches up to roller bed of preparation area. Feeding of aggregate from stacks to Elba bins and leading of cement from store to production shed, cutting of cement bags and feeding in hopper as per spl.
