De-moulding of PSC sleepers from sleeper mould including cutting of HTS wire at sleeper ends, grinding of inserts if required to suit the dimensional requirements, numbering/ marking on sleepers and cleaning of inserts and dowel holes, feeding of demoulded benches up to roller bed of preparation area.
