Fabrication and supply of temporary girder of span 20.55m - 2 Nos. as per Drawing No. RDSO- B/11040 or as per Railways approved drawing with all accessories from RDSO approved firm as per quality assurance plan prepared in accordance with IRS B-1, 2001 and IRS welding bridge code, Metalizing of fabricated girders, Transporting the same to nominated location identified by Railways within Tiruchchirappalli division, without causing any damage to the fabricated items and placing the fabricated girder over the wooden blocks/steel cribs by levelling the ground etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Metalizing of fabricated girders including bed plates with Aluminum coating the surface preparation to be done by sand blasting. The Aluminum to be sprayed shall be preferably in accordance with BS 1475, material 1-b(99.5%) Aluminium otherwise as per IS -739 and painting one priming coat with wash primer or ETCH primer to IS: 5666 and one coat of zinc chromate primer to IS104 and one coat of aluminum paint to IS 2339 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(All labour such as operation and mechanics for sand blasting with equipments, materials like aluminium wire, metalizing equipments and operator, paint, fuel, gas, tools and plants and digital type elco metre and any other incidental charges will be borne by the contractor at his own cost) (All labour and materials by the contractor) 2 00 68.00 MT 115440.00 7849920.00 AT Par 7849920.00 Rs.
