Mobile Flash butt welding of 60Kg/52Kg rails or short welded 3-9 Rail panels to form LWR or longer rail panels under traffic block using contractor's own self propelled Rail-cum-Road mobile flash butt welding plants conï¬rming to Indian Railway Manual for flash butt welding and USFD testing of welded joints using contractor's own Digital USFD tester conï¬rming to IR manual for Ultrasonic testing of rails and welds respectively read with latest correction slips. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of transportation of MFBW/Plant with all necessary accessories, all labour materials, consumables all necessary tools & plants, all incidental charges, royalties, taxes etc and including all charges for pre-straightening cutting of rails matching rail ends, aligning/positioning and welding and necessary post-welding operations including stripping, grinding, ï¬nishing of joint, ost straightening of joints etc, all the temporary welding depot.
