Heavy duty electro-hydraulic lifting platform trolley manually Plus power pack operated for removing and provision of side body filters for WAG 9 locos with 5% +/- manufacturing tolerance as per details:- Capacity of the table 700 kg approx.; Platform Dimensions 2500 mm Length X 1200 mm width; Closed height 600 mm Maximum lifting height from ground level 2750 mm; Thickness of platform of platform 8 mm thick chequred Plate Handle height 1000 mm; over all length & width 3000 x 1400 mm; wheel locking facility provided; Wheel heavy duty CI 12 inch/300mm with ball bearings; hydraulic cylinder 02 nos; Pump: hydraulic double acting of Dowty/XL/Yuken make to suit for lifting 700 kg. power pack comprise or single or three phase Sq cage induction motor of 3 HP 415V 50 Hz AC of Havells /Crompton / Kirloskar make with solenoid Valve, throw Control valve; gear pump; DOL starter, MCB, Limit Switch With 15mtr cable; Oil seal Kit provided in lifting table; Total lifting time between 30 to 80 sec approx. in power pack operation and 6 to 8 minute in manual operation by hydraulic pump; Double scissor of MS flat of size 100 mm x 25 mm or MS pipe provided.
