The material must be machine and free from surface defects. Supplier must submit test report of material for physical and chemical properties from approved NABL LAB with ultrasonic test. Color marking as per IS 2049-1963 lengthwise bothside. Suitable corrosion resist coating must be apply it protect material at least 2years. Inspection by competent authority at OFBH from bulk supply
