v Vehicle must have process vaid pollution under control certificate and should not emit excessive smoke
vi Vehicle must have hully serviceabile brakes indicators headights and hom safety equipment as per the rule of the land and must be in possess a certificate of having been seviced by an authorised service agency in the preceeding one year
vii Vehicle should be road worthy in all respect as assessed by authorised officer
viii Vehicle must have serviceable spare wheel necessary spares and tools for repair
ix The driver will not be permitted to carry any other stores expect spare tyre tube wheel tools for repair and scare cans for fuel
