Hiring of 03 (Three) Non-AC Truck of 4.5 MT loading capacity such as Tata LPT-613 or similar model one each for the official use of SSE(P.Way)/SBP, SSE(P.Way)/BRGA and SSE(P.Way)/LSx under the jurisdiction of DEN/Central in Sambalpur Division for a period of 03 (Three) years.
Monthly basis fare for hiring of 4.5 MT loading capacity Non-AC Truck such as Tata LPT-613 or similar model for the official use of SSE(P.Way) In-Charge for carrying Railway's men and materials as per the direction of Engineer -In - Charge. The hiring charges includes the cost of the salary of truck driver & helper, maintenance charges of truck, road tax, toll fee, license fee, permit fee along with other Misc. charges, the cost of diesel consumed by the truck, cost of Mobil, Gear oil, Break oil, parking charges, all taxes including GST, royalty and all incidental charges complete, etc. Usage Variant : 2100 Km. x 320 hours per month, Outstation : 24 x 7. 03 vehicles x 12 months x 03 years = 108. Note: The Unit 'Vehicle-Month' means 'Per Month Per Vehicle'
