Hiring charges for attendant in lieu of TADK under Nagpur division of SEC Railway (excluding agen cy commission/service charge) at total minimum all inclusive cost payable to contractor per Attendant per Month (min. floor price Rs. 28912.50/- + GST extra) as per terms and condition of this tender. {Break up of monthly rem uneration per attendant: (a). Basic wage L1 (min pay in IR matrix of pay) = Rs. 18000/- (b). Applicable DA at 46% of L1 = Rs. 8280/- (c) Statutory EPF at 13% (on max Rs. 15000/-) = Rs. 1950/- (d) Statutory ESI at 3.25% (on m ax Rs. 21000/-) = Rs. 682.50/- (e). Applicable GST charges at 18% =Rs. 5204.25/-. } One Man-month shall com prise of 26 days for all purpose of calculations. Total contract period shall be 36 months from date of LOA irrespe ctive of utilized man-month. Total tentative number of hired manpower during contract period is 22. This tender is governed as a rate contract and their is no guarantee of utilization of any minimum man-months during contract p eriod.
