The WB invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide services associated with the World Bank requirements.
Firms must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the technical evaluation:
- Evidence of minimum average annual revenue in Civil and Interior Works/Construction of INR 50 Crores for any two years in the last three years (2021, 2022 and 2023), while performing as a General Contractor in services similar to the work described in this RFP. .
- Evidence of financial reports/certified financials for the previous 3 fiscal years that demonstrates the Firm has the financial capability to successfully support the avergae annual renevue mentioned above.
- Evidence that the Firm is registered and possesses all appropriate permits, licenses, certificates, and insurance required by local law to provide the requested services in the country.
- Evidence that Firm been in business at least three (3) years and has performed work during that time in and around Chennai, India and has legal standing to work in Chennai, India, in a professional capacity.
- Certification that the Firm has not been involved in any litigation action in the past 3 years which resulted in damages being awarded to the litigant, based on either failure to perform or poor maintenance.
- The Firm must accept the draft contract proposed by WB as is.
- Any other requirements stated in the RFP
