BOQ Item Description: External Weather coat colour wash of Staff qtrs
01.Waterproof weather coat painting by Remove oil, grease and loose foreign matter, including, mould mildew, dirt and corrosion products
02. Minor repair with wall putty, all cracks and flaws should be filled with wall putty and to make surface smooth.
03. Double coating of water proof weather coat painting (OMP) complete finishing (Colour). Minimum three days gap between two coating of painting.
04.Ensure each coat of paint is uniform in colour, gloss, thickness and texture and free of runs, sags, blisters, or other discontinuities
05.Rate per square feet quoted include all materials charges, labour charges and taxes if any
