Item Title: Maintenance of Power Transformer 40/50Mva
Item Description: Routine Maintenance of 220/11kV 40/50MVA Transformer, NIFPS, Cleaning of Burnt Oil Tank, NGR maintenance etc. & all systems connected to same Transformer
i. Cleaning of Soak pit and Burnt oil Tank.
ii. Cleaning of Bushing & Body of Transformer for removal of dirt and pollutants.
iii. Replacement and Tightening of Terminals connections of HV, LV, MV Bushings.
iv. Lubrication of desired equipment for smooth functioning.
v. Replacement and Operational Healthiness of Buchholz Relay, PRV/PRD, OLTC, Breather(s), NGR, NIFPS system, Marshaling Box, Radiators, NGR etc. & associated system of Power Transformer.
vi. Trouble shooting for any abnormal condition arrived in Transformer.
vii. Any testing related to Transformer, Transformer oil as per standards, shall be under vendor scope.
viii. Supply & Replacement of Silica Gel.
ix. No extra cost will be borne by HRRL for testing & Maintenance of above system.
x. All Maintenance activities as advised by Engineer-in-charge of HRRL, with reference to standard practices of 220Kv Substation.
xi. Routine Maintenance of any one or all of the following activities mentioned above for 220/11kV 40/50MVA Transformer, NIFPS, Cleaning of Burnt Oil Tank, NGR maintenance etc.& all systems connected to same Transformer.
