Above item includes the technical su pervision for laying of above sleepers with fittings, furnishing of maintenance instructions and necessary tr aining to field staff. 2. Tenderer shall also provide Zonal Railway with the required special tools for mainten ance of fittings on these sleepers, maintenance instructions, necessary training, spare sets of fittings and sl eepers (5%extra) required for maintenance of trial length along with provision of frequent site visit of Tend erer's service engineers (at least once in a month). The cost of above including spare fittings and sleepers should be included in the offer. [ Warranty Period: 48 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
