Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of occupancy / motion sensor (PIR) controllers for air conditioning units. System shall consist of i) IR module to control IR based AC indoor unit to set the temperature from cloud and to ON/OFF the ac unit from Cloud, ii) PIR Sensor to detect human presence in the room, iii) gateway or web based GUI / software for sensor programming and to operate/ schedule parameters of ac units, processor & communication. The device will not require connection with the air conditioner in any way, nor with the switch board. It will just need power supply from any source, even from LED. The device shall not interact with air conditioner parts in any way, hence the warranty issue of air conditioner will not be there.
