NS item-01:- Appointment of Technical Consultant for Surveyiung, Master Planning, Urban designing, Engineering & Preparation of Technical Feasibility Report(TFR), Detailed Estimate(DE), along with BOQ Tender Schedule (TS) for work planned in Phase-1, for Re-development of Railway Staions of Vijayawada Division under AMRIT BHARAT STATION SCHEME Work included architectural service charge for preparation of Architrectural drawings, GADs, elevations(3 Options) with all architectural details, Architectural drawings for parking lot arrangement, Entrance plaza inm front of bulding with monumentalfeatures and Surrounding area landscaping for circulation are drainage arrangements, traffic flow and other related works for Railway Station bulding along with stuctural design and MEP drawing. A) Architectural service charge for preparation of Architectural drawings, plans elevations with all architectural details for Railway station building along with structural design and MEP drawings. The rate also includes making detailed survey of site. B) Preparation of Architectural drawings for parking lot arrangement, Entranc Plaza in front of building with monumental feautures and surrounding area landscaping for circulation area, drainage arrangements, traffic flow and other related works.
