PART-A: Printing & Supply of Computerised Reservation Ticket with commercial advertisement on front and back sides in the paper size of ticket stationery will be 18 plus/minus zero point two cm x 10 cm plus/minus point 0.2 cm in continuous stationery roll of 200 tickets to be printed on 119 +/- 5% GSM. RFP bond paper having special Railway watermark. Paper is to be confirmed by the IS:1848/91 (or latest) as per commercial circular no. 24 of 2016 dated 04.05.2016. All other conditions and specification to be guided as per attached in Annexure - A & B. Firm to quote rate for printing and supply of ticket. Part-B: Rates/earnings towards commercial publicity which will be printed on the PRS tickets as per terms & conditions where supplier will pay such earnings to the Railway. Firm to quote rate for advertisement cost payable to Railway. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ]
