4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS)
Bid documents are obtainable at Room B2 old admin block upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00 per lot paid into the Modibbo Adama University, Yola-s Remita account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria.
5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS)
Bidders are to submit two (2) separate hard copy bound documents in sealed envelopes clearly marked Technical Bid or Financial Bid. The two envelopes are to be placed in a bigger envelope and addressed to the Registrar, Modibbo Adama University, Yola and clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. The reverse of each envelope should have the name and address of bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the office of the registrar not later than Monday 12th December, 2022 at 12 noon
7. OPENING OF EOI AND TECHNICAL BIDS
The EOI and Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon on Monday, 28th November, 2022 and 12:00 noon 12th December, 2022, respectively, at Senate Chamber, Old Admin Block.
