Maintenance of lifting barrier gate for a period of 2years, which includes cleaning and oiling of pulleys, booms, winches, pistons, wheelbase and maintenance of wicket gate, cleaning silt from pipe/duct of wire rope/rod & cleaning of duct/ pipe of wire rope/rod etc. by using lubricants as per IS 9182 includes adjustments /addition by soldering/replacement of wire rope/replacement or welding of rod, turnout pulley and trustle if any and gate lamp marking arrangements for normal operation once in every month including one round of complete overhauling of lifting barrier and winch within the contract period as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. During the course of maintenance any failure reported should be attended immediately for which no extra payment is admissible for night hours also including maintenance of wire rope/rod.(Required wire rope/rod will be supplied at P.way depot, Contractor has to make his own arrangements tor transporting the same to the site of work at his own cost. 2 ns2 320.00 Metre 405.00 129600.00 AT Par 129600.00 Rs.
