Description : Providing Additional Earth Mat for Strengthening of Existing Earth Mat Resistance of Bhadra Generating Station which Includes A) Supply, Installation, Testing of 10Nos. of Copper Plate Earthing of Size 600Mm x 600Mmx3mm Including Excavation, Construction of Earth Pit and Back Filling as Per is 3043:2018 at New Store Area of Bgs. B) Supply and Laying of 85 Mtrs of 50x6mm Copper Strip Run at Minimum Depth of 500Mm for Entire Length Excavation of Trench and Back Filling Along with Required Quantity of Copper Connectors (Approx 30Nos.) to Interconnect each Copper Plate Earthing System is 3043:2018 at New Store Area of Bgs. Inspection Chamber of Size 1000x500x600mm Shall be Provided for each Copper Plate Earthing with Cast Iron Cover Plate. Numbering Shall be Provided for each Copper Plate Earthing Using Name Plate. C) Providing 1 Set of Fencing to 28Mtr x 16 Mtr Additional Earth Mat Using 65x65x6mm Ms Angular / Flats of Height of 2 Mtrs and 50Mm Size of 8 Guage Properly Stretched between Ms Angular / Flats of Height and Fixed with Suitable Bolts & Nuts, the Free Ends Shall be Properly Welded to the Ms Angular / Flats at Top and at Bottom Concrete Blocks Shall be Made Including Two Coats of Primer and Approved Quality of Paint and Providing 1 No. of Name Board and 4 Nos. of Danger Board as Per Approved Design. Including Cost of Material and Labour Complete at New Store of Area of Bgs. D) Testing of Earth Resistance of Additional Earth Mat. the Detailed Technical Specification & Scope of Work Mentioned in Section Iii and Drawings.
