1. Providing health Insurance coverage to 1298 KMF Employees and their direct dependents for a period of one year, Sum insured per employee Rs.5, 00, 000 and Corpus Floater Rs.1, 00, 00, 000. Bidder shall quote lumpsum premium amount for all employees and their direct dependents. (Inclusive of all taxes, duties, etc.), Qty: 1.00, Amt: 57112000.00
2. Providing Workmen Compensation policy covering 800 casual and contract labours at all units of KMF, Bidder shall quote lumpsum premium amount for 800 casual and contract labours (Inclusive of all taxes, duties, etc.), Qty: 1.00, Amt: 128620.00
