BOQ Item Description: Providing Operating and maintaining in good condition SUV 7 Seater of make not more than 5 years old on an as per requirement daily basis vehicle should be well maintained and the cost is inclusive of payment of all taxes Insurance Fitness Certificate Cost of fuel Lubricants Spares ISI approved spark arrestor trolley hook Machinery parts as required for smooth running of vehicle cost of all wages of driver and other payments for operation and maintenance of vehicle in accordance with Tender Document and as per the directions of EIC Toll tax as applicable shall be paid extra on submission of bills The vehicle shall be equipped with all facilities in working condition as provided by the manufacturer Daily charges for providing the vehicle as above for an average run of 80 Km per day operating the same 12 Hours day as instructed by EIC.
