Providing rubberized level crossing system at LC No.32 at km 536/22-24 & LC No.33 at km 537/30-32 between Chharodi - Jakhwada in connection with Green Field GCT taking off From New Virochannagar station on Ahmedabad - Viramgam section under the jurisdiction of Senior Divisional Engineer (West) Ahmedabad.
Manufacturing, supplying, ï¬tting & ï¬xing rubberized level crossing pads of approved quality and speciï¬cations, at railway track by suitable clampimg arrangements to make a rubberized road. The road surface is to be prepared by using multiple 'set' of rubber pads of length 1.2m each and each set consists of 02 nos. rubber pads placed inside the running rails and 02 nos. outside the running rail resting on RCC edge beam. The item is inclusive of RCC edge beam the edge. (IR will technically prefer to have full panels between the two rails as per Functional Speciï¬cation for Rubberised Surface at Level Crossings July 2019 Para 5 (ix)) Note :- Unit read as per Track per Meter.
