Supply installation & testing and commissioning of single phase Smart Prepaid meter System:- 240 volts AC 1 phase 2 wire, (IS: 13779 IS:16444, IS 15884 & IS: 15959 Part 1 & Part 2 with latest amendments), Marked 10-60 Amps celebration LED and load controlling feature & provisions for TOD (Time of Day) Tariff and R.T.C (Real Time Clock) in a suitable tamper proof hinge type box with ABC reading through mobile app with provision of recharging through vending station, provided Android/IOS/Windows mobile apps should have provision of payment gateway. The communication module (cellular based) with NB IoT GPRS/4G enabled SIM card fallback to 2G modern Optical Port for local communication/WAN (Cellular) communication for Data acquisition. All Smart Prepaid meters should be provided with integrated cloud system. Implementation of cloud hosted head end and meter end data management including mobile network system. Meter should have connect/disconnect functionality operation from prepaid billing software. The meter should work either in prepaid and post paid mode. The meter shall have suitable provision to consumer recharge locally in case of no WAN/ communication scenario and monitoring consumption information through mobile app. Warranty of meter should be 10 years from date of commissioning. Meter should emboss with property of E.C. Railway. Released materials should be dismantled and deposited to the consignee.
