Visiting charges of company representatives to be borne by the contractor. The unit rate quoted must be inclusive of all overheads. B. After maint or repair of AC Plant serviceability status and testing shall be carried out in presence of GE or AGE EM and user rep with testing sheet complete. C. AC Plant shall be repaired through OEM or reputed authorised manufacturer with an authorised rep of company or contractor.
