Right angle, horizontal foot mounted, helical reduction gearbox to dimensional sizes. Gearbox details and material details as per RWF drawing 704210112050. Material of construction: (1) Fabricated Steel Housing (Stress relieved). (2) All gears should be manufactured from steel forgings or rolled bar made from steel 17CR NI MO6/18CR NI MO6 (case hardening steel). All gears should be case hardened to 58-62 HRC and profile ground. (3) Out put shaft should be of EN 9 material Normalised to 201 BHN (min). (4) Bearing used should be rolling element type of reputed make like SKF, FAG, NTN & TIMKEN ONLY. [ Warranty Period: 16 Months after the date of delivery ]
