Set of flexible lead wires with nickel-coated enameled high-conductivity copper with wires, insulated varnished glass fabric tape with an external braiding of glass fibers impregnated with silicone varnish with additional covering of fire-retardant silicone elastomer by multidip or by extrusion process. As per RDSO SMI : RDSO/ELRS/SMIW185- REV-1 Max. overall diameter of connecting lead wire shall be 1.0 mm more than as specified in BS-6195/1969, Type-8B (Table-6), CategoryC for 4 and 6 sq. mm and Category D for 10 sq. mm & above sizes respectively. The cables shall withstand the proof voltage test 6.0 kV (RMS) and 15 kV (RMS) for one minute duration for Category 'C & 'D' respectively. The lead wires shall be suitable for a temperature of (minus)-10 degree C to 180 degree C as CLW Approved Supplier Only and each set comprising of 4 sq mm lead (0.31 x 56 strand) = 100 meters. and 10 sq mm lead (0.41 x 80 strand) = 100 meters.
