Maintenance of Signalling gears required for execution of Enginerring PQRS work by deputation of Team of skilled technicians and unskilled labours. The scope of work includes releasing, dismantling, re-fixing, shifting and other allied work of signalling equipment like cables, TLJB, Point machine, ground fittings, Point JB, axle counter track device, LC Gate accessories and other miscellaneous work as required by railway representative. This includes replacement of defective jumpers (jumpers will be provided by railway), drilling and bonding of continuity bond during short and long TRR, temporary insertion of insulation joints, jumpering and bonding during insertion of glued joints, xing bodies, SEJ etc as per direction of railway representative at site. The team to be provided for this work should comprise of Skilled technicians-3, Blacksmith-2, helper-8. Note:- All the materials required for the work shall be supplied by Railways. The contractor has to carry materials to field and the released material from site has to be taken back to the concerned SSE/Signal store.
