BOQ Item Description: Sub Head I
SITC of 8 passenger 544 Kgs capacity microprocessor controlled A. C. variable voltage and variable frequency, gearless, Through Type Opening Lift TTC, 180 Degree Opening of standard design conforming to the latest Lift Act, safety standards and modern lift practice having contract speed of 1 ms with a total travel of about 12 Mts. approx serving from G. F. to the T.F. with 3 stops and 3 landings. The lift shall be operated on DUPLEx SELECTIVE COLLECTIVE, microprocessor based single AUTOMATIC LUMINOUS PUSH BUTTON compatible to braille language. The car and landing doors should be power operated. The landing door and car door shall be mechanically connected so as to open or close simultaneously. The equipment shall be installed in the machine room directly above lift shaft. All lift equipment i.e., car, counter weight self levelling device, control devices, necessary control wiring, i.c. scaffolding, minor Civil works, incoming supply cables, machine room wiring and other electrical works related to lift work. The lift shall have fireman switch. The lift shall be equipped with Automatic Rescue Device including Battery charger for the ARD battery. A Hand rail not less than 600mm long at 900mm above floor level to be fixed adjacent to control panel in the lift car Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoistway as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the elevator complete as required, as per detailed TS and requirements of lift installation, its components, safety devices, various types of controls etc. complete as required and as per specifications and scope of work attached. Note It will be the responsibility of the firm to get the installation cleared from Lift Inspector in order to ensure that installation has been carried out as per relevant Lift Act and relevant I.S. and safety standards.
