BOQ Item Description: Soakage Well. 01x Soakage well of size 1.0m x1.0m inner dimensions wall thickness 230 mm square in square shape and 2m depth from top to bottom will be constructed with Brick masonry work in CM 1 6 with adequate No of honey combing and filled with 40 to 63mm Brick bats upto 1.50m height from bottom overhead protection of earth 0.45m to 0.60m in height will be provided above ground level of soakage well to help the anti freezing of soakage well Drawing att at Appx G b 01x Soakage pit cover made of 1mm thick MS sheet of size1.90mx1.90m suitably welded with 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron along the corners and diagonally shall be provided as shown in drawing. MS sheet will be welded with the help of MS Flat Iron 40x3mm thick on all sides and at the centre joint of the MS plate. Four Nos of lifting handle made of MS round bar shall be provided with each cover. One No of openable MS Hinged cover for inspection of size 600x400mm made of 1mm thick MS sheet frame with MS angle Iron 30x30x6mm and lifting handle with 5mm dia MS round bar complete as shown in the drawing attached. The cover shall be applied two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of sand color over two coats of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces.
