Tender Details

Supply of following spares for 3 phase, outdoor duty alternating current disconnector (horizontal do uble break), 72.5KV (line to line) & 1250A. Make of Isolator: Switchgear manufacturing Company (SMC). The sp ares are required for isolator (SMC Make) supplied against Purchase Order No. P2225590102101, dtd: 16.09.20 22. The spares shall be supplied as per the part number of approved RWF drawing for the above purchase order. Approved drawing of Isolator is enclosed for reference. 1. Fixed contacts (Female contacts): Hard Drawn Electro lytic grade Copper with silver coated (minimum 15 to 25 Microns). Fixed contacts should be backed by powerful phosphor bronze/stainless steel springs and contacts shall be supported with suitable metallic bracket as per ap proved Drawing No. 7250002 & Part No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 13. Quantity: 01 Set (1 set=6 Nos.) 2. Moving Contacts: Hard Drawn Electrolytic grade Copper tubes with Silver coating (minimum 15 to 25 Micron) for contacting parts as per approved Drawing No. 7250002 & Part No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14. Quantity: 01 Set (1 Set=3 Nos.) 3. Limit Switches as per approved drawing No.7250004 & Part No.16. Quantity: 10 Nos. 4. Porcelain Insulator: Solid Porcelain glos sy finish brown color, Total Creepage Distance Minimum 1813 mm as per approved Drawing No.7250007. Quan tity: 04 Nos.
