Limited Tender Reason:
Notice Inviting Tender (NIT): 01) Estimate cost is based on MES SSR 2020. 02) Contractors have to submit the EMD of amount Rs 01, 24, 003.00 in favour of “Ordnance Factory Muradnagar-A Unit of Yantra India Limited” which must reach physically on or before bid submission closing date at (EO CIVIL SECTION) OFM and upload the same in e-procurement portal otherwise their bid will be disqualified. 03) GM Ordnance factory, Muradnagar reserves the right of rejection and accepting any or all the applications without assigning any reason whatsoever and also reserves the right to change the date of opening of tender at his discretion. 04) O.F Muradnagar shall not be responsible for non-receipt/late receipt/ loss of application/EMD/Tender document in postal transit. 05) In case of any dispute, the decision of GM Ordnance Factory Muradnagar shall be final and binding. 06) Conditions of IAFW 2162 also apply. 07) The contractor must enclose necessary self-attested scanned documents like works executed and completion certificate thereof issued by the departments, enlistment letters etc. meeting the eligibility criteria including affidavit for no recovery outstanding with govt. deptt & should be uploaded on E-procurement portal.
