BOQ Item Description: Supplying of BEE approved 1.5 TR 5 Star rated Inverter or dual inverter type split Air Conditioning unit having nominal rated cooling capacity not less than 5100 watts with copper Evaporator and Condenser coil and Rotary Compressor suitable for operation on single phase 230 V plus or minus 10 percentage 50 Hz AC supply minimum room air flow 500 CFM and minimum Indian Seasonal Energy Efficient Ratio ISEER 5.20 filled with R32 or R410A refrigerant gas with installation kit comprising of standard lengths of copper refrigerant pipes PU or foam insulation drain pipe and interconnection copper cable etc complete as reqd. The manufacturers or suppliers shall give a warranty of the airconditioner for 15 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of installation whichever is earlier. Thereafter 4 years or 48months additional warranty on PCB of Indoor and Out door printed circuit board card and 9 years or 108 months additional warranty on the compressor.
