SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AxLE DEMAGNETIZER EQUIPMENT TO DE-M AGNETIZE AxLES & UIC 130 CTR BEARINGS, DUAL TYPE. Digital field indicator (Axle/Bearing Demagnetizer + field indicator makes one set). Detail specification: (1). To demagnetize Railway axles of dia 100-300 mm, length of 1000-3000 mm (2).Axle weight varies from 100-600 Kgs. (3). Cycle time should be less than 10 min. (4). Field indicator to measure the residual magnetism in axles of range +/- 30 Gauss with least count of 0.1 Gauss. (5). To nullify residual magnetism if any in the axles to less than 2A/CM or 2 Gauss. (6). It mus t be coil type to facilitate movement of coil over axles. (7). 5000 Amps transformer of reputed make. (8). C ontractor of siemens/Allen Bradley/ or Reputed (9). High current coil of 350 mm dia of reputed make. (10).P ower pack of reputed make . (11). High current cable 120 Sq. mm. of Poly Cab makes. (12).
